The REAL KNUCKLES

Okay, I'm FINALLY uploading this pic, Ive had this costume since haloween 08 and i've been really unsure as to uploading it or not because I'm finally going to be classed as crazy XD
anyways... Im uploading because I have a huge chance of going to the London MCM expo in may and this is totally what I'd go as XD !!

Making:
heh heh well now... its not exactly professionaly made and theres no real head sculpt underneath. I basically used a Bicycle helmet as the base (which works great because im safe AND it straps on, meaning I can put my head upside down and not worry about my cosplay head dropping off!)
I then added the spikes and then the face part which covered up to the bottom of my nose (which is also really handy because I can eat and drink in the costume without taking the head off, and use my own mouth as the costumes mouth (bwahahaha no moving jaws to build).

Problems:
1 - the tail gets in the way everywhere XD if I try to sit on a chair, (dont even ask how much of a pain it was in our tiny family car lol)

2 - the visibility is quite poor, although I got used to it after a while.

3 - The costume itself was very cool and I never got too hot in it, however, the gloves can be quite hot due to their EPIC PADDING lol.


Worn at:
So far, I first created it for an aptly named school "treasure hunt" in which the teacher told us we could dress up for fun.... well, i looked at "Treasure hunt" and took it to the extreme haha. I worked on this for 3 days and my mam helped me with the sweing ^^ and I went all dressy only to discover nobody else did (apart from my friend who dressed as Link lol)

I then wore it at haggiston castle at haloween, all the kids loved me it was hilarious, best day ever!!! wrote about it in detail on her journal here --> [link]
